The services FCEF provides would not be possible without support from public donations. By contributing, you can help FCEF fulfill its mission and expand its services. FCEF is passionate about helping others succeed, and we hope that you will be as passionate about helping FCEF succeed by making generous, ongoing contributions.
Contributions may be designated for specific areas of programming, or may be used for general operations. Follow these links for more information about FCEF’s Financial Education or Scholarships programs.
Additionally, FCEF manages several endowed scholarships. If you would like to donate specifically to one of the endowed scholarships, please go to our Scholarships page, scroll down to and click on the the name of the endowment, and follow the donation directions at the bottom of the endowment’s page. If you would like to establish an endowment, please go to our Scholarships page and scroll down to read the “Establishing an Annually-Funded Named Endowment/Scholarship” section.

Your donation will be made through PayPal; you don’t need a PayPal account to donate to FCEF
If you would like to designate your donation for a particular FCEF program, please indicate the program in the “Add special instructions to the seller” field on the payment review page.
The transaction will appear on your credit card statement as “PayPal *FCEF”.

Combined Federal Campaign
The Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) is the largest workplace charity campaign in the country and the only campaign authorized to solicit and collect contributions from federal employees in the workplace.
Since 2006, First Command Educational Foundation has been approved for inclusion by the CFC and is eligible to receive contributions from military personnel, federal employees, and retirees through automatic payroll deductions.
