Military Financial Readiness Training

First Command Educational Foundation is proud to serve the armed forces of our nation by providing financial education programs and resources. 

In doing so, we pledge to abide by the directives and policies established by the Department of Defense, the individual military services, and local installation commanders.

Department of Defense

Non-governmental organizations may provide financial readiness training for military members.  DoD Instruction 1344.07, Personal Commercial Solicitation on DoD Installations contains policy and procedures.

Department of the Air Force

DoDI1344.07_AFI36-2925, Personal Commercial Solicitation on DoD Installations implements AFPD 36-29, Military Standards, which supplements Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 1344.07. It provides guidance and procedures for personal commercial solicitations on Air Force installations.

United States Coast Guard

Coast Guard policy has been updated.  For more information see Commandant Instruction1740.8A, Coast Guard Personal Financial Management Program.

In recognition of our commitment and our continual adherence to established guidance, First Command Educational Foundation has been granted official approval to conduct educational programs for five military services.
